COFFEE MACHINE PROMOTION NOV 2025 – FINAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter
   The promoter is SJZ Investments Pty Ltd (ABN 16 145 749 202), located at
   Unit 6 / 43 Herbert Street, Artarmon NSW 2064 (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
   Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
   Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
   The promotion opens 12:00am (AEDT) on 1 November 2025 and closes 11:59pm (AEDT) on 30 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
   Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period:

1. Purchase a gift hamper on www.gourmetbasket.com.au valued at $99 or more (including GST); and
2. Enter the coupon code COFFEEJOY at checkout.

Entry conditions:

• Coupon code COFFEEJOY must be applied at checkout for the entry to be valid.
• No other coupon, discount, or promotional offer may be used in conjunction with this promotion.
• Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will void the associated entry.

5. Prize
   There is one (1) prize consisting of:

• 1 × Breville “The Oracle” BES980 Coffee Machine (RRP $2,799)
• 1 × Gourmet Basket “Gourmet Coffee Basket” gift hamper (RRP $139)

Total maximum prize value: $2,938 AUD.

The prize is not redeemable for cash, exchange, or store credit.
The Promoter is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the winner, including accessories or ongoing consumables.

6. Winner Selection
   This is a game of chance.
   A random electronic draw will take place at 10:00am (AEDT) on 2 December 2025 at the Promoter’s office.

The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification
   The winner will be notified by email (and/or phone) within 2 business days of the draw.
   The winner may also be announced on the Promoter’s website and/or its social media channels.
8. Unclaimed Prize
   If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days, the Promoter may conduct a redraw at
   10:00am (AEDT) on 16 December 2025 at the same location.
9. Use of Personal Information
   By entering the promotion, participants consent to:

• The Promoter collecting, storing, and using personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion; and
• Receiving marketing communications from the Promoter (participants may unsubscribe at any time).

10. Limitation of Liability
    Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• Technical issues affecting entry (including website outages, payment failures, or internet issues)
• Any loss, damage, delay, or injury related to the prize (including shipping delays or courier issues)

11. Right to Modify or Cancel
    If the promotion cannot be run as planned due to fraud, technical failures, or events outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws.
12. Verification Rights
    The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of entries and eligibility,
• Request proof of purchase, and
• Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
